The FWE UHST-22-B is a mobile heated holding transport cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and transport. It features a spacious interior that accommodates up to 22 standard 13" x 26" baskets or 11 larger 18" x 26" sheet pans, arranged on 4" on-center spacing. The top-mounted circulating heat system ensures even temperature distribution, while electronic temperature controls allow for precise adjustments within a range of 90°F to 190°F. Constructed with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, this cabinet is built for longevity and easy maintenance. The field-reversible door is equipped with a magnetic latch for secure closure, and the 1-1/2" wraparound bumper provides additional protection during transport. Recessed hand grips and a rear tubular handle enhance maneuverability, while the full bumper and 5" casters (two with brakes) ensure stability and ease of movement.
