Description
The FWE UHST-4 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service. Its slim-line design features four pair universal tray slides, accommodating either four 18" x 26" trays or eight 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable spacing in 1-1/2" increments for optimal organization. The top-mounted forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature control ranging from 90°F to 190°F. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and features a flush-mounted door for easy access. Mobility is enhanced with four 2" swivel casters, making it easy to transport. The FWE UHST-4 is UL, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating for water resistance, ensuring reliability in various environments.
