Description
The FWE UHST-7 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service environments. This slim-line unit features seven pair universal tray slides, accommodating either seven 18" x 26" trays or fourteen 12" x 20" pans, with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The top-mounted forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature control ranging from 90°F to 190°F. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is insulated for optimal heat retention. It includes a flush-mounted door with push bars for easy access and a wraparound bumper for added protection. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, featuring two rigid and two swivel wheels with brakes for stability. The FWE UHST-7 is UL, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
