Description
The FWE UHST-GN-6480-BQ is an ultra-universal heated banquet cabinet designed for efficient food service. With a mobile design measuring 30-3/4"W, it accommodates either (64-80) 10-1/2" diameter covered plates or (38) 1/1 GN pans, featuring (19) sets of rails spaced at 3" apart for versatile storage options. The top-mounted forced-air blower system ensures even heat distribution, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature control ranging from 90°F to 190°F. This cabinet includes a gasket-sealed door with a magnetic latch for secure closure and insulation to maintain optimal temperatures. It comes equipped with (4) removable rod-type shelves and a removable humidity reservoir to keep food fresh. The design features a push-bar handle on each end for easy mobility, along with a full perimeter bumper for added protection. Constructed from fully welded stainless steel, it is durable and easy to clean. The cabinet is fitted with (2) rigid and (2) swivel casters with brakes for stability and maneuverability. It meets cULus and UL EPH classifications and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
