The cabinet includes a solid door and is equipped with electronic controls and a digital display for precise temperature management. Operating within a temperature range of 33°F to 38°F, it ensures food safety and freshness. The bottom-mounted compressor enhances efficiency and accessibility. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it includes a full perimeter bumper for added protection. Mobility is facilitated by four 6” casters, with two rigid and two swivel brakes for stability. This unit meets UL, cUL, NSF, and DOE 17 standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
