The Garland US Range C36-ARC is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features a charbroiler and an underfired broiler, equipped with durable cast iron radiants and adjustable top grates for versatile cooking options. The convection oven includes three racks, providing ample space for baking and roasting. Constructed with a stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box, this range ensures durability and easy maintenance. It stands on 6" adjustable legs for stability and convenience. With a powerful 145,000 BTU output (natural gas), it operates efficiently at 120V/60/1-ph and 0.6 amps, meeting CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
