The Garland US Range C36-NRC is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. This unit features a charbroiler and an underfired broiler, equipped with durable cast iron radiants and a fixed cast iron grid assembly for optimal heat retention and cooking performance. The convection oven includes three racks, providing ample space for baking and roasting. Constructed with a stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box, this range ensures durability and easy maintenance. It stands on 6" adjustable legs for stability and convenience. Powered by a 1/3 HP motor, it operates at 120V/60/1-ph with a low amperage of 0.6 amps. With a powerful output of 145,000 BTU (natural gas), this range is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
