With a generous 12.7-gallon capacity, it features an 18”W x 24”D x 8”H cookpot, perfect for large batches. The programmable timer allows for precise cooking control, while the auto-fill function simplifies operation. Included are a starch skimmer for easy removal of excess starch and a plate rail for convenient serving. The sturdy belly bar enhances stability, and the stainless steel construction ensures longevity and easy cleaning. Equipped with four adjustable legs for optimal height adjustment, this cooker delivers 23.4kW of power and 80,000 BTU, meeting CSA and NSF standards for safety and performance.
