Description
The Garland US Range E2015 is a versatile electric deck-type oven designed for professional baking and roasting. This stacked unit features one E2001 (8"H Bake) and one E2005 (12"H Roast) oven, allowing for independent control of upper and lower heating elements for optimal cooking results. With a temperature range of 200°F to 550°F, it accommodates a variety of baking and roasting needs. The bake oven is equipped with a durable 3/4" hearthite deck, while the roast oven includes a robust 12-gauge steel hearth deck and a removable intermediate shelf for added flexibility. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, the E2015 also includes a 1-hour timer and operates at 12.4kW, meeting CSA and NSF standards for safety and performance.
