The Garland US Range E2115 is a high-performance electric deck-type oven designed for versatile baking and roasting. This triple-stacked unit features two E2001 bake ovens with an 8-inch height and one E2005 roast oven with a 12-inch height, allowing for independent control of upper and lower heating elements in each deck. The temperature range spans from 200°F to 550°F, accommodating a variety of cooking needs. Equipped with a 1-hour timer for precise cooking, the bake oven includes a durable 3/4-inch hearthite deck, while the roast oven boasts a robust 12-gauge steel hearth deck with a removable intermediate shelf for added flexibility.
