Description
The Garland US Range E2155 is a high-performance electric deck-type oven designed for versatile baking and roasting. This triple-stacked unit features one E2001 bake oven with an 8" height and two E2005 roast ovens with a 12" height, allowing for efficient use of space and energy. Each deck has independent control of upper and lower heating elements, providing precise temperature management from 200°F to 550°F. The bake oven is equipped with a durable 3/4" hearthite deck, while the roast oven boasts a robust 12-gauge steel hearth deck with a removable intermediate shelf for added flexibility. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, the E2155 also includes a 1-hour timer for convenient operation. With a powerful output of 18.6kW, this oven meets CSA and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
