The unit includes a convenient crumb tray for easy cleanup and reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3” wide sections for added flexibility. Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, and back, along with a 3-1/2" front rail, this charbroiler is built to withstand heavy use. It stands on 4" adjustable legs for stability and is rated at 60,000 BTU, meeting CSA and NSF standards for safety and performance.
