Equipped with six cast iron burners, each with individual cast iron radiants, this charbroiler delivers an impressive 87,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and even cooking, while the spark ignition system ensures quick and reliable start-up. The front rail includes removable 1/3 size food pan cut-outs for added convenience, and the large capacity removable drip pans and water pans simplify cleanup. A power switch and a 9 ft cord with NEMA 5-15P plug enhance usability. This charbroiler is NSF and CSA certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and performance.
