It features two powerful 35,000 BTU open burners, providing exceptional heat for a variety of cooking tasks. The integrated 17" griddle with a 1" thick steel plate ensures even heat distribution, perfect for frying and sautéing. This range is equipped with a standard oven that delivers a total output of 143,000 BTU, making it ideal for baking and roasting. The Piezo ignition system offers reliable and easy start-up, while the stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. With 6" legs for stability, the Garland US Range M42R meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards, making it a dependable choice for any commercial kitchen.

Limited warranty: Two-year warranty covers parts and labor, applicable only for products bought and installed within the USA
