The Garland US Range MCO-ES-20-S-SIGNATURE is a high-performance electric convection oven designed for commercial kitchens. This double-deck oven features a standard depth of 39 inches and is equipped with a powerful 3/4 HP fan that operates at two speeds for optimal air circulation. The Master 200 solid state controls include a convenient 1-hour timer for precise cooking management. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, this oven ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The porcelain cavity provides a smooth, easy-to-clean surface, while the 24-inch cooking cavity height accommodates a variety of dishes. It comes with six chrome-plated oven racks that can be adjusted on 13-position rack guides, allowing for flexible cooking configurations. The oven stands on 6-1/2-inch legs, providing stability and ease of access. With a total power output of 20.8 kW, this convection oven is cUL and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any professional kitchen looking to enhance cooking efficiency and performance.
