This modular unit features a charbroiler with briquettes and flat/tilt grates, allowing for versatile cooking options. Equipped with spark ignition and a pilot valve for easy start-up, it also includes a flame failure device for enhanced safety. The stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and easy maintenance, while the 6" legs provide stability. With a powerful output of 60,000 BTU, this range meets CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for professional chefs.
