The Garland US Range SUME-100-SIGNATURE is an electric convection oven designed for high performance and versatility. This single-deck oven features solid state controls with a temperature range of 150° to 500°F, ensuring precise cooking for a variety of dishes. The electromechanical thermostat and 60-minute timer provide reliable operation for consistent results. Equipped with five chrome-plated oven racks that offer 13 adjustable positions, this oven maximizes cooking space and flexibility. The dependent 60/40 doors come with double-paned thermal windows, enhancing energy efficiency while allowing easy monitoring of your food. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, it is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The porcelain cavity ensures easy cleaning and maintenance, while the 10.4kW power output delivers robust cooking capabilities. Supported by 25-1/2" legs, this oven meets UL, cUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
