The Garland US Range SUMG-100-SIGNATURE is a high-performance gas convection oven designed for professional kitchens. This single-deck oven features solid state controls with a temperature range of 150° to 500°F, ensuring precise cooking for a variety of dishes. The electromechanical thermostat and 60-minute timer provide reliable operation for consistent results. Equipped with five chrome-plated oven racks that offer 13 positions, this oven maximizes cooking capacity and flexibility. The electronic spark ignition ensures quick and easy startup, while the dependent 60/40 doors with double-paned thermal windows enhance energy efficiency and visibility. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, the oven is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The porcelain cavity facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.
