The cast iron top and ring grates ensure excellent heat retention and distribution. The space saver oven is equipped with three position rack guides and includes one oven rack, maximizing cooking flexibility. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail, along with a two-piece back guard and shelf, this range is built for easy cleaning and longevity. The 6" stainless steel legs come with adjustable feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 114,000 BTU, this range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
