The digital temperature controller with an LED display ensures precise temperature management within a range of 0°F to -30°F, ideal for hardening ice cream quickly and efficiently. The heated perimeter and mullions prevent frost buildup, enhancing performance and reliability. Constructed with durable 20-gauge galvanized steel, both the interior and exterior are finished with a white powder coat paint for a sleek appearance. The top mount compressor operates at 115v/60/1-ph with an 11.5 amp draw, and the unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
