Included with the CM22 are essential accessories: one knife, one stainless steel product tray, a 1/4" plate, a 5/16" plate, a stuffing tube (requires a stuffing plate, not included), and a polycarbonate pusher. With a powerful 1-1/2 HP motor operating at 115v/60/1-ph and 16.0 amps, this unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it suitable for processing beef, pork, and venison.
