Equipped with two stainless steel U-style burners, this unit delivers a powerful 80,000 BTU output, ensuring efficient cooking. The charbroiler includes cast-iron grids specifically designed for holding char rocks, which are included with the unit. Adjustable pilots with front access allow for easy flame control, while the stainless steel front edge and 4-inch wide grease trough facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. A stainless steel drip pan collects excess grease, enhancing safety and cleanliness. Constructed with insulated stainless steel double wall technology, this charbroiler is built for durability and heat retention. Metal control knobs with set screws provide reliable operation, and the 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs ensure stability on any countertop.
