Description
The Globe GSM175 Spiral Dough Mixer is designed for high-capacity mixing, accommodating up to 175 lbs of dough. Its durable stainless steel bowl and wire-form bowl guard ensure safety and longevity. The mixer features a powerful spiral dough hook for efficient mixing and a front-mounted dual 20-minute digital timer for precise control. Built with heavy-duty metal construction and an FDA-approved white powder coat, it combines strength with hygiene. The stainless steel ball bearing bowl drive enhances performance, while the 3/4 HP bowl motor operates at 35 RPM. The hook motor offers two speeds: 3-1/4 HP at 100 RPM for the first speed and 6 HP at 200 RPM for the second speed. Designed for 208v/60/3-ph power supply, it requires a 3-phase NEMA L15-20P plug (not included) and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. Ideal for commercial kitchens, this mixer ships within 1-2 days.
