The Globe SP25 is a powerful planetary mixer designed for efficiency and versatility in any kitchen. With a generous 25 qt. (24 liter) capacity, it features a robust 3-speed fixed setting to accommodate various mixing tasks. The #12 hub allows for easy attachment of additional accessories. Included with the mixer are a stainless steel removable bowl guard equipped with a built-in ingredient chute, a durable 25 qt. stainless steel bowl, an aluminum spiral dough hook, a stainless steel wire whip, and an aluminum flat beater. The interlocked bowl lift ensures safety during operation, while the gear-driven transmission provides consistent performance. Thermal overload protection safeguards the motor, and the front-mounted touchpad controls feature a 60-minute digital timer with last batch recall for added convenience. Non-slip rubber feet enhance stability during use, and the cast iron body with an enamel gray finish ensures durability. The Globe SP25 operates at 3/4 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 11.0 amps, and comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord. It is NSF and cETLus certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
