Description
The Globe SP80PL is a robust planetary mixer designed for high-volume food preparation. This floor model features a spacious 80 qt. (75.7 liter) stainless steel bowl, ensuring ample capacity for large batches. It operates at four fixed speeds, providing versatility for various mixing tasks. The mixer includes a #12 hub for additional attachments. Key features include a stainless steel removable bowl guard with a built-in ingredient chute for easy addition of ingredients, and a complete set of mixing tools: a stainless steel wire whip, aluminum flat beater, and aluminum spiral dough hook. The bowl truck facilitates easy transport of the bowl. The SP80PL is equipped with a 1/8 HP power bowl lift and a gear-driven, high torque oil bath transmission for reliable performance. Its heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts ensure durability, while thermal overload protection enhances safety during operation. Front-mounted digital touchpad controls feature a 60-minute digital timer with last batch recall and auto-off functionality for convenience. Non-slip rubber feet provide stability, and the cast iron body ensures longevity. Powered by a 3 HP motor, it operates at 208v/60/3-ph with a 12.0 amp draw.
