The intuitive touch screen control allows for easy operation, while the side-mounted convection fan ensures even cooking and optimal heat distribution. With a robust 3.5-gallon reservoir, this steamer is built for continuous operation, making it ideal for high-demand environments. Its durable stainless steel construction, both interior and exterior, ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes a 2-1/2" drain connection and two 3/4" water connections per cavity, providing flexibility in installation.
