This double-stacked model accommodates up to ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans or ten 18" x 26" sheet pans per compartment, making it ideal for large-scale cooking. Equipped with a user-friendly touch screen control, it allows for precise temperature and cooking time adjustments. The side-mounted convection fan ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The 3.5-gallon reservoir provides ample water supply, while the durable stainless steel interior and exterior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. Additional features include a 2-1/2" drain connection and two 3/4" water connections per cavity, delivering efficient water management. With a powerful output of 100,000 BTU per cavity, this steamer is built to handle high-demand cooking environments.
