The Hatco CWBR-6 is a high-performance drop-in refrigerated cold food well unit designed for efficient food storage and display. It accommodates six full-size pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens and catering services. The top-mounted electronic temperature control ensures precise temperature management, while the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. This unit includes pan support bars for secure placement of full-size pans and a sight glass for easy monitoring of food levels. Service valves and a dryer/filter enhance functionality, while the insulated design with a 1" drain promotes effective temperature retention. Constructed with durable aluminized steel housing and a stainless steel bezel, the CWBR-6 is built for longevity and ease of cleaning. The unit operates with a remote refrigeration condensing unit and features a control panel for user-friendly operation. It includes a TXV valve (shipped loose) and filter-drier, utilizing R-513A refrigerant for efficient cooling. With a powerful 5/8 HP compressor, the Hatco CWBR-6 is cULus certified and proudly made in the USA, ensuring reliability and performance in any commercial kitchen setting.
