The Hatco FSHC-17W2D is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and serving. Featuring the Flav-R-Savor® technology, this cabinet maintains humidity to keep food fresh and flavorful. It includes four Dutch doors for easy access from both sides and accommodates up to 17 pairs of universal slides, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The cabinet is equipped with 5" swivel casters, with two featuring wheel locks for stability and two rigid casters for smooth mobility. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
