Description
The Hatco FSHC-6W1-QS is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and serving. This Quick Ship Model features thermostatically-controlled heat and adjustable humidity settings, ensuring your dishes remain at the perfect temperature and moisture level. The cabinet is equipped with a water reservoir and insulated construction for enhanced efficiency. It includes one door for easy access and a digital temperature readout for precise monitoring. The interior offers six adjustable removable slides, accommodating both 18" x 26" and 12" x 20" pans, with slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers for versatile configuration. Mobility is facilitated by large swivel casters with wheel locks, allowing for easy transport and stability when in use. With a power output of 1697 watts, this cabinet meets NSF, CE, and cULus standards and is proudly made in the USA.
