The Hatco HGSM-1P is a modular heated glass shelf designed to keep your food warm and ready to serve. It accommodates one 12" x 20" food pan, providing uniform heat distribution across the surface. With five adjustable temperature settings—130°F, 150°F, 165°F, 185°F, and 200°F—you can easily select the ideal warmth for your dishes. The thermostatic controls ensure precise temperature management, while the stainless steel housing offers durability and easy maintenance. Operating at 300 watts and 2.5 amps, this unit is compatible with standard 120/60/1-ph electrical systems and features a NEMA 5-15P plug.
