Description
The Hatco IWELBFULA615 is a high-performance drop-in induction hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This unit accommodates one full pan with adjustable depths of either 2.5” or 4”, providing flexibility for various food types. It features two heat zones, each equipped with two temperature probes for precise temperature control, ensuring food is kept at optimal serving temperatures. With five power levels, the IWELBFULA615 allows for customizable heating options to suit different menu items. The mountable control panel includes a USB port for added convenience. The unit comes with a single stainless steel bezel and two support bars, allowing for easy installation either top or bottom mounted into a countertop. Operating at 720 watts and compatible with 208-240v/50/60/1-ph power supply, it meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
