Description
The Hoshizaki CF36B-L is a high-performance undercounter freezer designed for efficiency and durability. This one-section unit features a 36"W design with a spacious 6.3 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for commercial kitchens with limited space. Equipped with side-mounted self-contained refrigeration and a left-side condenser, it ensures optimal cooling performance. The freezer includes two stainless steel drawers that accommodate three 6" deep pans, providing easy access to stored items. Its hot gas condensate evaporator enhances efficiency by minimizing maintenance needs. The stainless steel interior, sides, back, and floor ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top offer a sleek, professional appearance. Mobility is facilitated by four 4" casters, all with brakes, which are factory installed for convenience. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a powerful 1/2 HP compressor, running on 115v/60/1-ph with a 4 amp draw. It comes with a cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P) for easy setup. The Hoshizaki CF36B-L is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards, making it an eco-friendly choice for your refrigeration needs.
