Description
The Hoshizaki CF36B is a high-performance undercounter freezer designed for efficiency and durability. This one-section unit features a 36"W design with a spacious 6.3 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for commercial kitchens with limited space. Equipped with side-mounted self-contained refrigeration and a right-side condenser, it ensures optimal cooling performance. The freezer includes two stainless steel drawers that accommodate three 6" deep pans, providing easy access to your ingredients. Its hot gas condensate evaporator enhances efficiency by minimizing maintenance needs. Constructed with a stainless steel interior, sides, back, and floor, along with a stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top, the CF36B is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen environment. Mobility is made easy with four 4" casters, all featuring brakes for stability. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a 4 amp draw. It comes with a cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P) for straightforward installation. The Hoshizaki CF36B is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
