Description
The Hoshizaki CF72B-L is a high-performance undercounter freezer designed for efficiency and durability. This two-section unit features a spacious 72"W design with a 12.82 cu. ft. capacity, perfect for commercial kitchens. It utilizes side-mounted self-contained refrigeration with a left-side condenser for optimal cooling performance. The freezer includes two stainless steel drawers that accommodate up to seven 6" deep pans, providing easy access to your ingredients. Its hot gas condensate evaporator ensures effective moisture management. Constructed with a stainless steel interior, sides, back, and floor, along with a stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen environment. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" casters, all equipped with brakes for stability. The Hoshizaki CF72B-L operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a powerful 1/2 HP compressor. It runs on 115v/60/1-ph power with a 4-amp draw and comes with a cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P). This unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, and it meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency, making it a reliable and eco-friendly choice for your food storage needs.
