Description
The Hoshizaki CR110B-L is a high-performance refrigerated equipment stand designed for commercial kitchens. This Steelheart® Series model features a two-section design with dimensions of 110-1/2"W x 33-1/4"D x 27"H, providing ample storage space. It includes four drawers, each capable of accommodating three 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans not included), ensuring efficient organization of ingredients. Equipped with a solid state digital controller, the unit offers temperature alarms and an easy-to-read LED display for precise temperature management. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, including the front, sides, and top, while the interior is also stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance. The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system features a left-side condenser and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally friendly operation. With a 1/5 HP compressor, the unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph and draws 3 amps, complete with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. Mobility is enhanced by four 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The Hoshizaki CR110B-L is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
