Description
The Hoshizaki CR36B-L is a high-performance refrigerated equipment stand designed for efficiency and durability. This one-section unit measures 36-1/2"W x 33-1/4"D x 27"H and features two spacious drawers, each capable of holding one 12” x 20” x 6” deep pan or three 1/6th size pans (pans not included). Equipped with a solid state digital controller, it includes temperature alarms and an easy-to-read LED display for optimal monitoring. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, ensuring both longevity and easy cleaning, while the stainless steel interior provides a hygienic storage environment. The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/5 HP compressor. It runs on 115v/60/1-ph power with a 3 amp draw and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
