Description
The Hoshizaki CR72B-L is a high-performance refrigerated equipment stand designed for commercial kitchens. This two-section unit measures 72-1/2"W x 33-1/4"D x 27"H and features four spacious drawers, each capable of holding two 12” x 20” x 6” deep pans (pans not included). The solid state digital controller includes temperature alarms and an easy-to-read LED display for precise temperature management. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top, along with a stainless steel interior, this stand ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, with a left side condenser, utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Powered by a 1/5 HP compressor, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a 3 amp draw, and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, and it meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency, making it an excellent choice for environmentally conscious operations.
