Description
The Hoshizaki CR85B-L is a high-performance refrigerated equipment stand designed for efficiency and durability. This two-section unit measures 85"W x 33-1/4"D x 27"H and features four spacious drawers, each capable of holding three 12” x 20” x 6” deep pans (pans not included). The solid state digital controller ensures precise temperature management with built-in alarms and an easy-to-read LED display. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top, along with a stainless steel interior, this stand is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, featuring a left side condenser and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, operates efficiently with a 1/5 HP compressor. It runs on 115v/60/1-ph power and draws 3 amps, equipped with a cord that includes a NEMA 5-15P plug. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The Hoshizaki CR85B-L is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, and it meets ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency without compromising performance.
