The Hoshizaki CR98B is a high-performance refrigerated equipment stand designed for commercial kitchens. This two-section unit measures 98"W x 33-1/4"D x 27"H and features four spacious drawers, each capable of holding three 12” x 20” x 6” deep pans (pans not included). The solid state digital controller ensures precise temperature management with built-in alarms for added safety, while the LED display provides clear visibility of settings. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, the CR98B is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen environment. Its side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor, delivers efficient cooling performance. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a 3 amp draw and comes equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" casters, allowing for easy repositioning. The Hoshizaki CR98B is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, and it meets ENERGY STAR® standards, making it an eco-friendly choice for your refrigeration needs.
