The Hoshizaki HC1A-FGE-FGE is a high-performance heated cabinet designed for efficient food storage and service. Measuring 27.5"W x 35.75"D x 79.5"H, this pass-thru cabinet features a robust stainless steel construction for durability and easy cleaning. The interior is equipped with a top-mounted heating element and fan, ensuring optimal heat circulation for consistent temperature maintenance. This model includes a solid-state digital controller with temperature alarms and an LED display for precise monitoring. The energy-efficient multi-pane argon-filled glass doors not only provide visibility but also come with locks for added security. The self-closing doors feature a stay-open option for convenience during high-traffic periods. Inside, the cabinet offers three adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves that can be modified in 1” increments to accommodate various food items. Designed for commercial use, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a 15 amp NEMA 5-15P plug.
