The Hoshizaki HC1A-HGE-HGE is a high-performance pass-thru heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding and service. Measuring 27.5"W x 35.75"D x 79.5"H, it features a robust stainless steel construction for durability, including a stainless steel front, sides, top, and interior, complemented by a coated steel back and bottom. Equipped with a top-mounted heating element and fan, this cabinet ensures optimal heat circulation for consistent temperature maintenance. The solid-state digital controller offers precise temperature management with alarms and an easy-to-read LED display. The energy-efficient multi-pane argon-filled glass doors not only provide visibility but also come with locks for security. These self-closing doors include a stay-open feature for convenience during service. Inside, you'll find three epoxy-coated wire shelves that are adjustable in 1-inch increments, allowing for flexible storage options. Designed for commercial use, the cabinet operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a 15 amp NEMA 5-15P plug. It is ENERGY STAR certified and meets cETLus, ETL Sanitation, and UL standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
