This upright, two-section unit features full stainless steel doors for durability and easy access. It accommodates up to six epoxy-coated shelves measuring 21.25" x 26", while the top compartment is spacious enough to hold 36 sheet pans, making it ideal for high-volume operations. Equipped with a solid-state digital controller, the cabinet ensures precise temperature management, complemented by a temperature alarm and an easy-to-read LED display. The insulated cabinet and doors help maintain optimal heat retention, while the stainless steel interior and exterior provide a sleek, professional appearance and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 4" casters, allowing for effortless repositioning.
