The Hoshizaki HC2A-HS-HS is a high-performance heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding and service. This upright, two-section pass-thru unit features half stainless steel doors for easy access from both sides. It accommodates up to six epoxy-coated shelves measuring 21.25" x 26", while the top compartment is spacious enough to hold 36 sheet pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens. Equipped with a solid-state digital controller, the cabinet ensures precise temperature management, complemented by a temperature alarm and an easy-to-read LED display. The insulated cabinet and doors maintain optimal heat retention, while the stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 4" casters, allowing for effortless repositioning. Certified by cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, UL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®, the Hoshizaki HC2A-HS-HS combines efficiency and reliability, making it a valuable addition to any commercial kitchen.
