The Hoshizaki KM-1301SRJZ is a high-capacity cube-style ice maker designed for commercial use. With a width of 48 inches, this air-cooled unit features a remote condenser (sold separately) and can produce up to 1400 pounds of crescent-shaped ice per 24 hours at ambient conditions of 70°F/50°F. It is AHRI certified for a production capacity of 1260 pounds at 90°F/70°F. The stainless steel finish ensures durability and easy maintenance, while the R-404A refrigerant provides efficient cooling. Operating at 208-230V/60/1-ph with a current draw of 15.9 amps, this ice maker is equipped with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent for enhanced hygiene. It meets NSF and UL standards, ensuring reliability and safety in food service environments. For optimal performance, pair this model with a compatible "Z" model remote condenser.
