Description
The Hoshizaki KM-1340MRJZ is a high-capacity cube-style ice maker designed for commercial use. With a width of 30 inches, this air-cooled unit features a remote condenser (sold separately) and can produce up to 1,371 pounds of ice per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F, or 1,177 pounds as certified by AHRI at 90°F/70°F. The crescent cube design ensures consistent ice quality, while the durable stainless steel finish provides both style and longevity. Operating on R-404A refrigerant, this model requires a power supply of 208-230V/60/1-ph and draws 14.0 amps. It meets NSF and UL standards for safety and performance. For optimal operation, always pair this "Z" model ice machine with a compatible "Z" model remote condenser.
