The Hoshizaki KM-1340MRJZ3 is a high-performance cube-style ice maker designed for commercial use. With a width of 30 inches, this air-cooled unit features a remote condenser (sold separately) for efficient operation. It boasts an impressive production capacity of up to 1428 pounds of crescent ice per 24 hours at ambient conditions of 70°F/50°F, and is AHRI certified for 1266 pounds at 90°F/70°F. The stainless steel finish ensures durability and easy maintenance, while the R-404A refrigerant provides optimal cooling performance. Operating at 208-230V/60/3-phase with a 12.5 amp draw, this ice maker is NSF and UL certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. For best results, pair this model with a compatible "Z" model remote condenser.
