The Hoshizaki KM-1601SRJZ3 is a high-capacity cube-style ice maker designed for efficiency and durability. With a production capacity of up to 1,635 pounds of crescent ice per 24 hours at 70°/50° (1,600 pounds AHRI certified at 90°/70°), it meets the demands of busy commercial environments. This air-cooled unit features a stainless steel finish for enhanced durability and easy maintenance. It operates using R-404A refrigerant and requires a 208-230V/60/3-phase power supply with a 12.8 amp draw. The H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent provides added protection against bacteria, ensuring ice quality. This model is NSF and UL certified and carries the ENERGY STAR® rating for energy efficiency. For optimal performance, it is recommended to pair the KM-1601SRJZ3 with a compatible "Z" model remote condenser, sold separately.
