With a spacious 16.63 cu. ft. capacity, it features an eight-pan rail that includes pans and adapter bars for easy ingredient organization. The four drawers can accommodate two 12" x 10" x 6" deep pans and two 12" x 6" x 6" pans, providing ample storage for your pizza prep needs (pans sold separately). The table is equipped with a 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board, offering a durable and easy-to-clean surface for food preparation. Its stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and hygiene, while the self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling.
