Description
The Hoshizaki PR67B-Z Steelheart® Series Pizza Prep Table is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. With a spacious 19.29 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to nine 1/3 pans, which are included along with dividers for optimal organization. The unit features two solid hinged doors for easy access and two epoxy-coated adjustable shelves per section, allowing for customizable storage. The raised refrigerated rail is equipped with an insulated hinged lid, ensuring ingredients remain fresh and easily accessible during food preparation. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior, this prep table is built for durability and easy cleaning. The front-breathing self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/2 HP compressor, engineered to maintain NSF-7 temperatures for food safety. Designed for convenience, the unit operates on a 115V/60Hz power supply with a 15.0 amp draw and comes with a 10 ft. cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P). It is mounted on 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The Hoshizaki PR67B-Z is cETLus and ETL certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and performance.
